We have established high-quality management by making use of integrated in-house production in various fields. This includes stainless steel welding technology for both super-thin panels and thick panels, as well as precision machining technology using presses and lasers. We are also capable of surface treatment technology using buff grinding, electro-polishing and pickling, super-clean processing technology inside a container placed in a cleanroom, and so on. We have demonstrated our value to society by fully complying with our customers’ requirements for containers.

We manufacture tanks as circulation infrastructure on a fully built-to-order basis. Our business includes manufacturing containers (tanks) for storage and conveyance for semiconductor washing liquid, liquid crystals, electrolytes for batteries, and high-purity chemical agents. We also manufacture beer barrels for business use in the food and beverage field, industrial filter housings, and so on.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our high-purity medicine containers (UN standard authorization) feature the finest strength and airtightness. The interior is kept ultra-clean by washing with super-deionized water. We supply these containers to industries involving electronic parts, medicine, and batteries. We make use of our precision machining technology to provide parts for sterilization equipment and blood analysis equipment to industries related to medical equipment. We also provide parts for gas and water flowmeters to the community infrastructure industry.

We are cultivating markets in neighboring Asian countries (Korea, Taiwan, and China) mainly through agents. We hope to target niche markets and construct a supply system by making use of our strength to provide detailed support based on stable Japanese quality.

We are an SME manufacturer, but we have prepared an office in Tokyo dedicated to sales. We are expanding our business in overseas markets by concluding agency contracts with overseas trading companies in addition to our sales activities with major domestic Japanese enterprises and overseas affiliates.

We deliver beer barrels for business use to major breweries (Asahi Breweries, Kirin Brewery, Sapporo Breweries, Suntory, and Orion Breweries).We deliver parts for flowmeters to major manufacturers of flowmeters for gas and water.We deliver cans to major manufacturers of semiconductors and chemical products, from small cans to large 200-liter canisters and 1-cubic-meter cans.We deliver parts for blood analysis equipment and sterilization equipment to major medical equipment manufacturers.
