Details of business objectivesAs a company specializing in gears, we are looking to build relationships and develop sales channels with companies that build reduction/increase gears for engines and devices for controlling the moving parts of aircraft. We are open to both defense and civil aviation, but we mostly anticipate doing business with companies with aircraft certification requiring high-precision gears for manufacturing.
Featured products / servicesWe are one of the few aircraft-certified gear manufacturers in the world to specialize in gear grinding. Our focus is on gear grinding and gear cutting. By carrying out gear grinding machining in a temperature-controlled room, we ensure a tooth shape error margin of 3 microns. In recent years, we have been focusing on gear grinding for situations in which vibrations and noise are particularly problematic. In addition, we also use our ground gears in the assembly of gear units, which are relied upon by major manufacturers.

Our strengthsWe use a Swiss Reishauer gear grinding machine for machining and measurement in a temperature-controlled room. We also control the temperature of the cutting oil and lubricating oil, and we can remove grinding wheel debris and workpiece debris from the cutting oil with a filter to ensure stable quality. There are very few gear grinding companies with JISQ9100, AS9100, and EN9100 (Aerospace and Defense) certification (only 2 or 3 companies in Japan).
