Toyohama Fishing Port has one of the most prominent fishing grounds in Aichi Prefecture, and there is much small trawl net fishing, floating trawl net fishing, boat trawl net fishing, and gillnet fishing. It is a treasure trove of ingredients, as seafood can be fished in abundance throughout the year from Mikawa Bay, Ise Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Toyohama Fishing Port holds auctions twice a day in the morning and evening, where we purchase fresh seafood that varies depending on the season.
