We perform integrated production of precision deformed wire rods from cutting and press working to barrel polishing, inspection, and packaging. The majority of our orders are for end-use automotive parts, and our optimized integrated production system enables us to produce a few types of products in large quantities (tens of thousands to several million per month). We cut precision deformed wire rod (coil material) into short lengths using a straight cutting machine. Direct cutting from coiled material processed into the product shape shortens lead time and reduces cost. It is possible to cut near right angles without damaging the cross section and without leaving marks on the cutting edge as in the past. Wire diameter (mm) that can be straightened: 2.0 x 2.0 to 6.0 x 6.0 equivalent deformed wire rod Cutting length: approx. 5mm to 100mm Tolerance ±0.1 Equipment: Four high-speed linear cutting machines (cutting capacity: MAX 150 pieces/minute)
We mainly perform deburring and surface treatment of products from approximately 5mm to 100mm, as well as lustering of metal surfaces stained by heat treatment, etc. We deburr and polish press products using various polishing equipment and a wide variety of abrasives (media and compounds). We use press dies to perform precision deformed wire rod bending and punching press work. Equipment: Komatsu OBS-15 four units Other dedicated bending machines We also handle the processing of various deformed shafts. Approx. Ø5.0 to Ø10.0 Length 100 to 500 mm Press-cut and barrel-processed products are fully inspected using image inspection equipment to ensure quality assurance. We have introduced inspection and counting machines for packaging operations that use line sensors to accurately count at high speed even products of varying weights, which are difficult to count with conventional scales.
