We offer free or paid demo or rental machines for customers who have no experience with dip coating or who do not own their own equipment. We offer free or paid test coats to customers who have no experience with dip coating or who do not have their own equipment. Note: The free test is just a preview of the coating that can be applied in about 30 minutes when you come to our office for a meeting, otherwise we charge for the test. We recommend testing with the simple pattern for the first time or until the recipe is established, and then once the recipe is finalized, the standard pattern should be used.
Contract coating of small rod sample prototypes

We feel that there are a surprisingly large number of customers who are considering new coatings and are "undecided" or "uncertain" about which coating agent to use. For such customers, we are also looking for coating agents that we have a track record of handling and coating agents that utilize our connections. In-device management of coating agents
If liquid management is not done well within the device, the defect rate will increase. When designing equipment, we strive to build close relationships with liquid manufacturers and provide equipment that can maintain and control the performance of the coating agent within the equipment. To bring out coating film performance, the following management items are important in production: Dispersibility of liquids Contamination removal in liquid Optimal liquid temperature Liquid concentration to obtain optimal film thickness Incorporating functions that can manage each item into the device contributes to improving yield.
Measures against vibration during coating
In dip coatings, film turbulence due to vibration during coating causes poor appearance and increases the defect rate. Based on our extensive experience to date, we have incorporated the following items into our design concept for equipment manufacturing. Attaching anti-vibration components to the drive source Give it a mass effect Cut the border as much as possible Consider location and placement of the drive source Note: Vibration measurements (including installation locations) are also performed upon request.
Measures for airflow, air conditioning, and cleanliness, including the atmosphere in the coating room (dip coat part)
In addition to the above liquid control and vibration countermeasures, there is another item that has a significant impact on the coating film during dip coating: the air flow, air conditioning, and cleanliness of the coating environment. [Air flow countermeasures] ・Airflow during coating causes film turbulence, and we design and manufacture equipment with this understanding. [Air conditioning measures] Depending on the purpose and application of coating, low temperature and low humidity may be better, or conversely, high temperature and high humidity may be better, and we design and manufacture equipment with this understanding. [Cleanliness measures] In addition to preventing contamination in the liquid, attention to the cleanliness of the coating plant will contribute to reducing the defect rate.
