Taking advantage of our strength as a general packing manufacturer, we propose die-cutting processing using proprietary materials developed jointly with manufacturers. We take orders of small lots starting from one piece for sample creation or the like. You can count on us also for blanking or piercing (Victoria processing or Thomson processing).

We have many connections with material manufacturers. From existing products from other manufacturers and our own products developed in-house or jointly with manufacturers, we select and propose the best quality materials and processing methods for the products our customers require.
Material development
We handle product materials that we have developed jointly with manufacturers, and product materials that we have developed in-house and commissioned manufacturers to produce them. We also offer materials of our exclusive Eiwa brand and work out proposals for die-cutting using them.
Developed products
New Lite Film series These products offer the excellent properties of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. Available items include “CB Type R”, “SCB”, and “Ultra Thin Film UHMW”, all with different characteristics, such as strength, friction resistance, and elasticity. The material can also be used for injection molding to “New Lite injection-molded products”. Manufactured by: Saxin Corporation Numerous items IZANAS products Made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers these products offer low frictional drag and high abrasion resistance. The products can be processed into various forms. * “IZANAS” is a registered trademark of Toyobo Co., Ltd. Manufactured by: Toyobo Co., Ltd. Metallocene series A closed-cell foam that excels as a sealing material. It is well suited for processing due to its good sealing performance even when thin and long. The lineup includes “Metallocene” and “Metallocene SX”. Manufactured by: Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd.
