Although there is also a trend toward electrification in commercial vehicles, construction and agricultural machinery, etc., the number of which is in the hundreds to thousands per year and the demand for which is growing, the difficulty in obtaining special equipment and units for electrification is increasing. 
The development or procurement of special products, which are especially necessary for the original products of a company, may be stopped due to difficulties. Our company supports customers in such cases.

Biomass resin materials derived from corn used for animal feed is used as a measure for the Act for Promotion of Use of Recycled Resources. They can also be used for injection molding using existing molds.
VASU (a company invested by Hong Kong capital), which is a material manufacturer, developed the biomass materials as resin materials derived from biomass (cornstarch) and obtained a patent for them. 

In Japan, most biomass resin is used for soft packaging and bottles, and biomass resin for injection molding has issues regarding coloring, smell, strength and the like. 
Materials of VASU include grades for injection molding. They have excellent features regarding moldability, coloring performance, strength, price, reduction in CO2 emission at the time of combustion at actual measured values, and the like. 

We are an engineering trading company engaged in processing using resin materials to supply mass-produced dies, molds and molded products as an authorized distributor for VASU in Japan. 

We provide products both as materials and as finished products.
