Large sheet metal processing such as bending, drawing, and welding Number of bender molds we possess: 100 Materials we process: Iron (SPCC, SPHC, etc.), stainless steel, brass (C2801, etc.), aluminum (A5052, etc.), copper alloys, etc. (in-house procurement possible) Bendable part sizes: L5 to L2400 mm × H0.3 mm to 12 mm (Thickness exceeding 12 mm can also be handled depending on the price and application) Bending accuracy: Minimum ±0.1 mm Drawable part size: 5 to 1000 mm × H5 to 60 mm Drawing accuracy: Minimum ±0.1 mm 3. Assembly (welding): Assembly using spot welding, TIG welding, and other welding technology 4. Cleaning: Brominated solvents are used.
