Adhesive technology born from the concept of “reduced construction”. All-over Processing Method.
In the all-over processing method, adhesion and separation by electromagnetic waves are made easy using a portable IH heating device. The portable IH heating device has evolved into a lighter and safer product as a result of research and study. It has resulted in a revolutionary processing method that anyone can use. The all-over processing method is vibration-free, noise-free, and requires no curing! The method is also efficient for processing and construction as you can smoothly adhere or peel off in a matter of seconds. Allowing sticking, peeling off, and then sticking again, the method is easy to perform, less wasteful, and friendly to both the environment and workers.

Principle of Dismantlable Adhesion Method
Principle of This Processing Method When an electric current is applied to a heating coil from a high-frequency power source, magnetic field lines (alternating magnetic field) are generated around the coil. The magnetic field lines (alternating magnetic field) penetrate the material to be bonded and reach the heating material (metal plate, aluminum foil). Heat is generated by eddy currents inside the heating material. The heating material of all-over tape heats the hot-melt adhesive to the melting temperature. The bonding process is complete when the pressure is maintained on the bonding material until it cools down.
Dimensional Accuracy of All-over Processing Method
1. Standard bonding time Plywood of 2.7 mm Bonded in 0.5 s Plywood of 6 mm Bonded in 1–2 s Plywood of 9 mm Bonded in 3 s Plywood of 12.5 mm Bonded in 4 s 2. Items that can be bonded Metals, ceramics, wood, resin, glass, pottery, cloth, various sheets of corrugated cardboard, tableware, etc. can be bonded by selecting appropriate adhesives. When peeling off It will peel off in the above time plus 1 to 2 seconds. Or it can also be modified. When modifying It can be modified in the above time plus 1 to 2 seconds. Notes Before bonding or peeling, test-irradiate a test piece to determine the irradiation time. The irradiation time varies from 1 to 3 seconds depending on the outside temperature. After irradiation, hold it down for around 4 seconds. You can perform the next process 30 seconds after the irradiation. To confirm adhesion, the test piece should be peeled off by hand.
Advantages of All-over Processing Method
No engineer required Anyone can perform this method without special skills such as tiling and welding. OK to make mistakes It will peel off easily when heated again, so you can redo it as many times as you like. Shorter lead time The delivery time can be significantly reduced because pre-processes, such as curing, and post-processes, such as drying, are no longer necessary, and the work can be completed in a short time. The bonding process can be incorporated into a production line in a factory. Weight reduction The aluminum tape type adhesive is lightweight. Lightweight, as no concrete or metal is involved. This makes it possible for women, older adults, and others with limited strength to do the work. Safe This product is shaped like an iron but has no heat. The IH faces down, so it is safe for the human body. Reduce waste and reuse resources The greatest feature of this technology is that it can restore precious resources to their original state without damaging them. No noise or vibration No curing required Can work on the next process after 5 minutes
