Save Material
Machining has been a common forming method for metal parts by being able to realize precise shapes and dimensions.  On the other hand, it only carves out smaller size than the ingot so that not able to make protuberance larger than the ingot obviously.
By the screw press forging method, unevenness can be realized by compression molding so there are less materials to be shaved and discarded, and it also can shape protuberance larger than the ingot dimension.
Save Energy
Our forging method heats the material below the melting point and instantly applies strong pressure to plastically deform so the operating time of the equipment is shorter and the energy consumption is less than that of processing by cutting or melting.
The press equipment runs on electric power and gas or inductive heaters are used to heat the materials so it can be said that the manufacturing method has a low environmental impact.
Save Time
Our forging method forms a product in one to a couple of strokes so the time required for forming each piece (excluding the preheating time in the batch) is from few seconds to tens of seconds.
Since there is a little stagnation during the work in progress and quite a quantity can be forged in a short lead time, the total manufacturing time can be shortened..

6,900 sq. M floor space in 45,000 sq. M property contain 7 forging machines from 1,000 to 6,300 tons press capabilities.
