It is a copyrighted processing technology developed by our company, capable of drilling and cutting steel molds and steel pipes with reliable quality and accuracy. It enables also making free and accurate designs.

In addition to improving our know-how of conventional "cut T-beam processing", our unique processing technology corrects thermal deformation when cutting horizontal cross-sections of long steel, steel bars, and steel H-beams, which was previously considered to be difficult, making it possible to do accurate drilling and cutting with any design.

In addition, with our continuous cold rolling mill that does vertical rolling to correct thermal deformation which occurs during cutting, we can ensure quality and accuracy without deformation. That means our cross-sectional design is superior to bending processing, and our processing is more economical than using welded steel.
