At our HACPP-certified food processing facilities, we manufacture a wide range of foods, including fresh chilled foods, frozen foods, preserved foods, and dehydrated foods. In recent years, we have been working on the development and processing of nursing care food to meet the needs of our customers. In addition, our overseas business team uses our wealth of experience and knowledge to deliver wonderfully seasonal marine products, including Ehime fish, to overseas markets.

Reliable integrated production ability
[Aquaculture, research, development, manufacturing] In order to deliver safe and secure farmed fish to consumers, we conduct thorough quality control from the feeding stage. [Live fish] We rapidly deliver the best seafood grown in the Uwa Sea through our proprietary transportation routes according to customer requests. [Fresh fish] With a focus on fish caught in the Uwa Sea, we offer fresher fish than anywhere else, with the highest standard for quality control, which Hidecho can boast to the world. [Processing] We are involved in the processing and sale of various types of seafood, and propose creation of new products that take advantage of freshness of direct delivery from the production area.
HACPP certified food processing facility
Using the HACCP approach, we predict hazards in advance in all processes from the arrival of raw materials to manufacturing and shipping, identify critical control points to prevent such hazards (prevention, elimination, reduction to acceptable levels), and continuously monitor and record the points. As soon as an abnormality is recognized, we take measures to resolve it, so we can prevent defective products from being shipped. We will continue to give shape to our commitment to the quality, taste, and freshness of our products to our customers’ dining tables.
