Hawai’i Tourism Authority Certified Satellite Office

In July 2018, we became the first travel agency in the Koshinetsu / Hokuriku region to be certified as a satellite office by the Hawai’i Tourism Authority. All staff members have worked on the certification system and have become certified in line with the Hawai’i Tourism Authority’s official Aloha Program.

In January 2020, we were awarded by the Hawai’i Tourism Authority as the “Hawai’i Satellite Office of the Year 2019” for actively promoting Hawai’i throughout the year and contributing to the Aloha Program, as a satellite office.

Regional revitalization and countryside revitalization support

Since about 2020, we have started to develop community-based tours that are conscious of inbound tourists. Mainly based on requests from administrative organizations, we provide the following services.
・ Refining under-exploited tourism resources
・ Conducting monitored tours for foreigners, focused on inbound traffic
・ Summary of questionnaires and providing result reports
・ Novelty production
・ Sale of local experience-focused sightseeing tours

“Development of fundraising products”

Combining the strengths of 1 and 2 mentioned above, we have started selling “donation water bottles” for the purpose of protecting the environment of tourism resources in the area.

With part of our revenue donated to environmental protection, we exhibit products at stores, online stores, and as gifts for the hometown tax payment to Tsuruga City.
