We perform machining using lathes, milling machines, multitasking machines, and automatic lathes in quantities of several to several hundred parts. Product materials include S45C, SCM, SKH and SKD for steel, SUS303, SUS304 and SUS316 for stainless steel, aluminum in general, copper, and brass. CNC lathe and milling processing
Our high-rigidity, high-precision turning center with composite lathes can also be used for milling operations. We promise to produce high-precision parts on a 20-corner turret without disassembly, even for products that require many machining processes. We produce various prototype parts, hose mouth fittings, and other small and mid-size parts. The work materials include stainless steel, aluminum, and iron. We can machine articles with sizes from diameter 2 to 150.
CNC automatic lathes
Our automatic lathes are equipped with three cross spindles and can process a wide variety of thin and long products, including horizontal holes and D-cuts, using five turning tools, five rotary tools, and six drilling tools, for objects up to diameter 20.
Machining
We use CAD CAM (Gibbs CAM) with our machining centers to create programs and perform machining up to 2.5 dimensions. The processing area is 560 × 410 × 460. The work material can be aluminum or steel.

Quality control
We use image measuring equipment to check dimensions with an accuracy of 0.01 mm to ensure that they are exactly as ordered. A contact-type height measurement unit automatically recognizes and measures the pre-specified height and depth. In the final process before shipment, the degree of finishing is closely checked using contour and surface roughness measuring equipment. Products are delivered with an inspection report sheet.
