Technical Capabilities to Provide Appropriate Products for Diverse Needs

Considered and selected by designers, springs are subject to various requests concerning their material, shape, and other specifications. Our strength lies in our technical capabilities to provide appropriate products to meet those requirements. Along with material research, we also take on the challenge of commercializing materials that are difficult to process. Our accumulated technology and experience enable us to satisfy even the most demanding development needs, such as spring processing using heat-resistant materials.

In addition, we have two Monozukuri Meisters certified by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and six first-class technicians (metal spring manufacturing, one in metal heat treatment), and have received the Osaka Governor's Award and the Osaka Vocational Ability Development Association Chairman's Award at certification examinations. We have also inherited a solid foundation for cultivating advanced technical and product capabilities, as demonstrated by the fact that our company has served as the lead instructor for the industry's skill-testing courses for more than 30 years.

Developing Technological Capabilities to Solve Customer Issues

We believe that technology development is something we do to "engage our customers in product development for mutual benefit.” This is because we think that technical improvement does not end by introducing good instruments, but instead requires dedicated research and achievements that continually address customers' complex problems. Another vital role is to support stable mass production during the growth process of the industry and customers. 

Currently, we are actively approaching the field of product prototyping and development by utilizing our network of customers and partner companies. Using the connections we have through the adoption of springs, we consult and offer development proposals in areas prior to product assembly, such as metal processing, welding, and painting.

Aiming for Growth Through Steady Challenges, and Avoiding the Impossible and Wasteful

In order for our company to last 100 or 200 years, we believe it is essential to tell the difference between the impossible/wasteful and worthwhile challenges and eliminate the impossible/wasteful from our business. Since springs are mechanical parts, they will surely survive the coming era if we take on the challenges in the prototype field and have the springs adopted by more customers.

Our growth over the past 70 years has been based on steady efforts to meet challenges. In the future, we will explore opportunities by working with manufacturers who are trying to develop not only machinery and equipment but also other products that aim to improve QOL from all angles, including welfare and nursing care. 

So far, we have disclosed polishing machines and other technologies we have developed without patenting them. In this way, we will contribute to the development of the Japanese manufacturing sector and grow our own company by reusing the technology advanced through this process.
