Emotional Wrapping: Sharing Emotions
Our company produces and sells packages including paper bags, wrapping paper, and boxes, primarily for Japanese and Western confectionery customers. We are striving to understand the strengths and weaknesses of “MADE IN JAPAN” and “MADE IN CHINA”, so that we can create better products. V-cut pasted box
The edge of the box is made at right angles, so the domestic production cost was high, and the product was not very versatile due to the manufacturing process. At our company, we reviewed the box making process and pasting method to enable automatic box making. We can revise specifications according to customer’s requests without being confined to existing methods.
Paper bag with laminated inner surface
The inner surface of the paper bag is PE laminated for simple water and oil resistance. Since it cannot prevent penetration from the paper cross section, it is not possible to directly add water or oil, which, however, has the effect of preventing moisture and oil stains due to temperature differences. We are able to produce rectangle-bottomed bags without handles and rectangle-bottomed bags with oval cutouts.
