Contributing to development of the Okhotsk region through civil engineering and construction work
The core of Kanno Gumi is civil engineering and architecture. With regard to civil engineering, we believe that it will be important to strengthen the ability to respond to disasters, in response to recent circumstances. As for architecture, we will expand our work outside our town in response to the shrinking population. Simultaneously, we have established the System Management Department for ISO management and cost estimation work, and are working to make our civil engineering and construction business more competitive.

Architecture Department
We believe “ease of use” from a long-term perspective is necessary for buildings, whether residential or public facilities. We offer suggestions based on our many years of experience, so that buildings can be kept easy to use while still valuing their appearance, and we will continue to create the best “living spaces” together with our clients.
Civil Engineering Department
The roads and bridges built by civil engineering work will remain for tens or even hundreds of years. While giving first priority to what is currently needed in the region, looking far into the future with the aim to develop infrastructure that will serve us for a long time. We will continue to contribute to the development of the region by supporting a wide range of projects, from large-scale projects ordered by the national government and Hokkaido government, and home construction such as water supply and sewerage.
Vehicle parts
We support regional development through vehicle/material machinery leasing and sales, as well as gravel quarrying. Local residents tend to think of the division unfamiliar, but it is important work for this division to take charge of snow removal work in winter and maintenance of regional infrastructure.
