Dies and molds design and manufacturing
It features a rational mold design that makes full use of 3D-CAD/CAE. In terms of design using high-precision processing machines, we have earned a high degree of trust in polishing technology and accuracy assurance. We have also enhanced measurement work to meet the needs for accuracy assurance recently. We provide high-precision machining and guaranteed accuracy together.
We provide ultra high precision finely machined products that meet light distribution performance required of optical components. With regard to roughness of machined surfaces, we are committed to achieving a mirror finish with no polishing.
- Unique technology of Megaro Kako (2)
We provide trial manufacturing models with optimum QCD by freely combining various technologies possessed by Megaro Kako, such as production of working models, design models, and show models, used for checking aesthetic and technical design requirements. This includes photofabrication, vacuum casting, precision processing, mirror surface treatment, aluminum vacuum vapor deposition and coating, etc. [Photofabrication] We have a large photofabrication machine with a modeling range of 600 mm x 600 mm. We do mirror surface treatment, aluminum vapor deposition, coating, and use it for confirming appearance and assembly, light distribution tests, etc. [Resin and aluminum machining] Using our ultra-precision processing machines, which are also used for processing optical component dies and molds such as LED lenses, we reproduce all manner of fine shapes with resin machining. [Vacuum Casting] We can manufacture large and long items (up to L1000 x WH500). Through the accumulation of technology over many years, we have realized plate thickness control in units of 0.1 mm, which is used for inserts for metal parts and also strength tests. We also support requests for high-mix, low-volume trial manufacturing with the same quality as mass-produced goods.
