Our mold technology supports products launched to the world
We can manufacture cast parts as well as FRP-related products. We are equipped with large five-axis NC machining centers, 3D measuring instruments, CAD/CAM, and so on. We can process materials such as wood, Styrofoam, resin, and rigid polyurethane.

Wooden mold production
Since our establishment in 1949, we have been helping our customers to create better products by making use of the technology and experience we have cultivated. We create wood molds for various products and for prototypes before mass production, and we even use 3D measuring equipment to faithfully create data and produce wooden molds for items without design drawings.
Manufacturing molded products
In addition to large simultaneous five-axis control NC equipment, which is rare in Hokkaido, we have introduced several types of machines for grinding. We can handle objects as small as the palm of your hand and as large as 20 meters or more. We also process original wood and plastic products using laser processing equipment.
Building material production
We faithfully reproduce designs to beautify building exteriors. Wooden molds can be made to create decorative materials in plaster or brick material to help reduce costs. We also have experience in building architectural models to investigate the acoustics of music facilities.
