We specialize in precision pressing and design, as well as manufacturing of precision dies and molds. While aiming to be a technology group that is always one step ahead and actively promoting introduction of state-of-the-art machines, we use our accumulated technology to supply high-precision parts our customers need. We are always working to propose new production styles and processing methods. We have a production base in Thailand (NB Precision Thailand Co., Ltd.) and supply parts of equal quality in both Japan and Thailand.

Optical Equipment Parts
We can handle everything from small lots to mass production according to customer needs, such as aperture cams, spacers, wave washers, and small parts. We strictly manage pressing, machining, and coating. We have a good reputation for shearing from all peripheral surfaces, such as aluminum used for aperture cams.
Aluminum pressed parts
We process pressing parts by applying the processing technology that uses aperture cam of cameras, which we have accumulated for 40 years. By applying technology for shear removal on the entire peripheral surface, we suppress the generation of burrs as much as possible, suppress dent damage to products. In addition, the machining processes which we have accumulated over many years enable us to do degreasing and cleaning while suppressing damage to the product after pressing. We strictly manage everything, including pressing, cleaning, and aluminum anodization.
Thin plate punched parts
We process pressing parts by applying the processing technology that uses aperture blades and adjustment rings in cameras, which we have accumulated for 40 years. The precision of dies and molds (parts processed with a high-precision machine made more precise with craftsmanship) and the precision of press machines are essential to punching thin plates, and are some of the strengths of our company.
