High Precision
We can do micron processing after quenching by polishing the flat surface, inner diameter, and outer diameter. In the ultra-high precision field, we have enabled submicron accuracy in the production of master gauges with hand wrapping by skilled technicians. In rooms with perfect constant temperature and humidity, we do ultra-high precision processing, which is difficult to do with machining.
Design Technology
We design and manufacture measurement and inspection jigs dedicated to each customer. (We handle everything in-house, from design to processing, assembly, and adjustment) In addition, we integrate carbon fiber and Kevlar fiber with nylon resin, and we own 3D printers capable of producing the same strength as aluminum, so we can do high precision processing of required parts.
