Using 3D measurement technology, we offer systematic support for shape analysis, geometric tolerance, reverse engineering (3D CAD modeling from actual objects or 2D models), data storage of cultural properties, investigation, identification, and evaluation of shape defects, and 3D trial modeling. We can travel to do measurement work on-site at locations all across Japan.

We provide on-site 3D measurement service using arm-type portable 3D measurement machines. We can even go to do on-site measurement of heavy objects and items that are difficult to move for security reasons. Items to be measured can also be delivered to us by mail.
Inspection, evaluation, and shape analysis services
Using the latest inspection software, we do 3D dimensional inspection, geometric tolerance, and shape analysis in order to find defective parts, as well as evaluate dimensions and shapes. We also do easily understood evaluations, such as CAD comparison of free-form surfaces that cannot be measured with calipers or micrometers.
Reverse engineering service
We create a 3D CAD model from 3D data acquired from the actual product using a 3D scanner or CT scanner. We do modeling adapted to the purpose and application, such as fluid analysis or digital archiving.
