Our company seeks to enter the "drone-related," "flying car," "medical parts," and "space" industries. We are looking for a company that will guide and drive us. Acquisition of necessary standards and installation of the equipment are also under consideration.

We also process pipe materials and handle screw cutting materials, and made-to-order deformed materials.

Our Specialty

Our specialty is combined machining of lock parts, special parts for construction, equipment, vehicles, civil engineering, and medical equipment parts.
For parts, we specialize in the shapes of bolts, shafts, collars, pins, axles, and others.
As for materials, we are skilled at processing SUS303, SUS304, SUS316, SUS329 J4, SUS430, SUS XM-7, C3604 (including cadmium-free), SCM435, S45C, other iron-based free-cutting steels, and SWRCH.
"SUS XM-7" and "SWRCH" are for cold forging. These are delivered as finished products after secondary and tertiary processing.

Hand-crafted Prototypes

We make prototypes manually for special parts related to construction, equipment, vehicles, and civil engineering. Even if we receive a sketch with a quotation request, we create a CAD drawing and discuss it with the customer. The size can be from 2 mm to 150 mm in diameter and 0.5 mm to several meters in length.
