Handa Noodles
Handmade Handa noodles made using only Japanese-grown wheat flour, to bring out the full rich flavor of flour. Since it is made using only wheat grown in Japan so you can count on it to be safe and secure. You can enjoy the rich taste unique to Japanese wheat, chewy texture, and the smooth throat feel unique to hand-rolled wheat noodles.
Shiki Tsuyu (noodle soup base)
We mix honjozo soy sause (soy sauce made by fermenting and maturing soybeans and wheat with the help of microorganisms such as bacteria, yeast, and lactic acid bacteria), sugar, and mirin (sweet sake for cooking), along with plenty of bonito flakes and kelp. We can recommend our delicious tsuyu sauce with the utmost confidence.
