We are a company that supports automotive development.

Our company is a manufacturer of prototype and mass-produced parts, jigs, inspection tools, and other tools used in many manufacturing processes, mainly in the automotive industry. Our well-equipped facilities enable us to cut square and irregular-shaped parts. We can handle a wide range of processing from small to large parts.

Our Business
Fujigiken manufactures prototype parts, mass-produced parts, jigs, inspection tools, and other necessary tools for various manufacturing processes in the automotive and other industries. 
In the early 1990s, our company took on the challenge of bringing 3D computer data into all the manufacturing processes, pioneering in the manufacturing industry where products were handmade by skilled craftsmen. These efforts won the support of our customers, and we were given the opportunity to manufacture advanced products, such as the complicated refueling tubes for automobiles and the "integrated in-house production from parts to assembly" of automobile seat frames. 
As a result, we established the "All Fuji Giken" system, enabling us to carry out integrated production from design to the completion of assembly and inspection in-house.

We will continue to improve our technical and proposal capabilities to become a company that our customers can call on when they have a problem.

Design verification, product analysis, prototype products (single products and assemblies), prototype jigs, die fabrication, provision of information on prototype conditions, etc., and various inspections.

[Mass Production Preparation]
Welding line design, main mold design and production, inspection jig design and production, and other tool design and production.

[Mass Production]
Small-lot, high-mix products, difficult-to-process products, other irregular products, and process transfer for production downsizing.

[Supplies (service parts)]
Tool production (from on-site measurements), storage of specialized tools, storage management of supplied parts, and process transfer.
