We conduct cutting and machining of automotive parts, hydraulic equipment parts, and other machine element parts, with a focus on cutting bearing races. We excel at cutting ultra-thin rings used in wave motion decelerators and so on. All measuring instruments used by our company are made in-house. We also manufacture chip crushers.

We manufacture high-mix low-volume and medium-volume products in quantities ranging from 1 to 10,000 pieces. We have experience in processing up to diameter 360. For ring-shaped products, we particularly excel at processing thin-walled products.
Equipment
We possess an extensive range of machines, including two-spindle CNC lathe with gantry loader and composite lathe equipment, and machining centers. We also have a full lineup of inspection equipment such as image measuring instruments, shape measuring instruments, and multi-joint 3D measuring instruments to support a variety of products.
Production
We perform production and quality control using tablets installed in all our facilities and conduct product inspections using a voice input system, among other advanced measures.
