Akiba Die Casting. Co.,Ltd
Integrated Production of Zinc Die-casting and Aluminum Die-casting
Our company is engaged in the integrated production of die casting parts. Our vacuum casting method, which achieves high quality, prevents cavities from forming. We have applied it to a wide range of industries. Die-casting effectively helps achieve the QCD required for the mass production of metal parts. There have been many instances where customers switched the manufacturing method to die-casting. Integrated production of zinc and aluminum die castings

Cost Reduction by VE/VA Proposal
Our high-level mold design technology makes it possible to mold the complex, labyrinthine shapes unique to valve bodies. The technology has been utilized in proposals for integrating complicated parts, eliminating cutting, and making parts lighter and more functional and has been adopted by domestic and overseas manufacturers. Please feel free to contact us about aluminum alloy and zinc alloy die-casting.
Challenging the Limits: Heat Dissipating Fins
Using die-casting technology, we are trying to make the walls thinner to reduce weight and achieve high heat dissipation. In addition, we created prototypes of heat sinks for LED lamps with a fin height of over 50 mm, a fin taper of 0.5 degrees, and a fin tip thickness of 0.5 mm, using ADC-12 and high thermal conductivity aluminum alloys.
Vacuum Casting Method
We have introduced vacuum drawing technologies during die casting, such as the vacuum casting method*, which solves the quality problem caused by cavities**. *The vacuum casting method is a technique that reduces the pressure of the mold cavity by drawing a vacuum to reduce the amount of air that initially existed. Since less source gas exists in the molding, it improves the number of holes significantly. In addition, the resulting castings are filled better because it decreases the gas that blocks the flow of molten metal. **Cavity refers to the hollow space inside a die-cast product.

Expanding Thailand and Vietnam Plants
We will meet all of your die casting needs with our technology differentiated in Japan and overseas operations. [Thailand Production Base] Established in April 2011, the Thailand production base has been manufacturing high-grade die castings such as pressure-resistant parts and important safety-related parts by vacuum die casting. [Vietnam Production Base] It began mass production as a base for surface treatment in Ho Chi Minh City in September 2004.
Integrated Production
If you could present basic specifications, we will design and manufacture prototypes accordingly while optimizing them for the mass production of die-casting. In addition, we are proactively making proposals that differ from conventional products to address the issues that our customers are facing. We have overcome various challenges in past projects, such as integrating combined parts, eliminating cutting, weight reduction, reinforcement, and heat dissipation improvement.
