Our company is a comprehensive processing manufacturer of stamped sheet metal parts. We process a wide range of materials and have an integrated production system from prototyping and mold making to mass production. In the press field, we have various press machines, from small to large machines of up to 2,000 tons, and we are skilled at handling complicated processing such as deep drawing and precision cold forging. Our Technology 
Solid Phase Bonding Technology
With this technology, studs can be joined to thin sheets of aluminum, which are difficult to weld without indentation.　Also, it allows joining aluminum studs to other plate materials such as plated steel, stainless steel, titanium, magnesium, etc. The technology is best suited for appearance parts of pressed and extruded materials.
Deep Drawing Technology
Our specialty is deep-drawing of steel plates, aluminum, stainless steel, etc. We can cleanly finish both thick and thin plates using our 2000-ton hydraulic presses and other high-capacity presses, from simple cylindrical shapes to complex ones.
Precision Aluminum Forging Technology
It is one of the precision forging technologies such as aluminum plate forging and impact molding. It creates shapes not possible with standard press work, such as changing the pattern on the front and back surfaces or changing the thickness of the plate in different sections. Although mainly for small parts, we also manufacture large parts by utilizing the high capacity of the press machine.
Thick Plate Press Technology
Our press machines and die technologies, which excel in heavy stamping, enable accurate punching and bending of steel plates over 10 mm in thickness.
