[Receiving an order] We give an estimate of a reasonable price. [Designing metal molds] By referring to product drawings, DXF (Data Exchange Format) data, or 3D data, we design precise metal molds and/or press metal molds. [Producing metal mold parts] We produce metal mold parts by fully utilizing cutting-edge CNC grinders, extremely fine electric discharge machines, and micro wire electrical discharge machines. [Measurement and inspection] We inspect parts by using micron or sub-micron measuring machines. [Assembling metal molds] By assembling parts processed according to the design drawings, we produce metal molds with a long life. [Trial] By using a testing machine, we confirm the shape and quality of each part. [After-sales service] We guarantee the metal mold produced by us, provide consumable parts, and maintain the metal mold.
