We are good at precision sheet metal working for a variety of industries including those related to aircraft, rail vehicles, and builders’ hardware.

Regarding precision sheet metal working, our company fully utilizes the equipment, which our rival companies rarely have and which include a 4 m/400 t press brake, a turret punch capable of processing an object with a size of 5' X 10', a 4 m shirring device, and a fiber laser welding robot, and our craftsmen's techniques. By utilizing these, we are good at performing processing, which other companies can hardly perform, and high-mix small-lot production.  
By utilizing know-how nurtured through the production of products for industries including those related to builders’ hardware, can manufacturing, signboards, pachinko (Japanese pinball), cars, aircraft, medical equipment, food equipment, and nursing-care equipment, we are able to produce various products ranging from thin to thick products. We are appreciated thanks to not only performing processes ranging from design to completion in-house in an integrated fashion, but also proposing production methods tailored to clients' budgets, flexibly responding to requirements for a short delivery period, and producing high-quality products.

Description of business

Laser processing

Clean cut performed by a CO2 laser processing machine allows for the processing of a product whose size is up to 5 X 10 (1,524 X 3,048).
Clear cut surfaces of stainless steel and aluminum are especially appreciated by clients.

Bending

We are able to process products with various shapes which include precisely bent products, products with a specified roundness, and rolled products. 
By fusing our equipment, which includes a press brake (4 m/400 t), triple rollers, and press machines, and our craftsmen's knowledge as well as ideas, we are good at making the impossible possible.
Please feel free to contact us for processing such as deep bending which seems difficult and bending with a short radius. 
In some cases, the design of conventional welded structures was changed, thanks to our techniques, so that they were bent and finished.

Welding

By complying with clients' requirements such as board thickness, materials, and shapes, we apply appropriate welding methods to process products. 
We are able to perform various welding methods such as cutting-edge fiber laser robot welding, YAG welding, TIG welding, MIG welding, semi-automated welding, and stud welding.
We are also able to perform various welding processes including precision sheet metal working, manufacturing large-sized cans, and aluminum welding that is said to be difficult. By performing these processes, we can produce products ranging from thin to thick plates. 
We are able to propose welding methods that are optimum for the usage of the products.
Since we are able to carry out penetrant tests (color checks), we can produce products from which leakage must not occur.
