Our company has concentrated the essence of precision processing technology, and through the provision of semiconductor package materials and various precision molded parts, we have responded to the various demands in this era of changes.
In semiconductor package materials, we mainly use copper and copper alloys as raw materials to produce lead frames, which we subject to press processing and surface treatment, and provide to major semiconductor manufacturers in Japan and overseas. We are capable of manufacturing in-house the dies and molds we use for press processing of these lead frames. Using precision processing technology cultivated in manufacturing dies and molds, we provide various precision molded parts processed mainly from cemented carbide materials.
