The workpieces are processed mainly with machining centers in a temperature-controlled factory. Although our equipment is a simultaneous 3-axis machine, we can use 3D CAD/CAM for 3D modeling to process complex shapes. [Processing Materials] Acrylic, vinyl chloride, PET, polycarbonate, ABS, PVDF, MC nylon, POM (Duracon), PP, PE, UHMW-PE, PEEK, PPS, PTFE (Teflon), PFA, PEI, PAI, PI, and others. Bending is Applicable from the Thickness of 0.3 mm
Our bending can be applied to thin materials of 0.3 mm and up and to workpieces of 3-5 mm thick.
