Printing on thin / ultralight paper

Printing on thin/ultralight paper is technically difficult “special printing”. Thin paper printing is a type of printing on paper that is 50% to 40% thinner than regular paper.
By selecting “ultralight paper”, we can further reduce CO2 emissions.

When printing and processing sheets of thin or ultra-lightweight paper, one must deal with various quality risks even more than with general paper.
Our dedicated staff, who have acquired the skills and experience to meet the requirements, are our greatest asset.
For example, we are able to fold and bind 30 g/m2 x 16 pages of thin paper, which ordinary bookbinding companies would rather not do.
We also accept orders for only bookbinding and saddle stitching of thin paper and ultra-lightweight paper.

Package inserts / leaflets

We have a production system for package inserts (leaflets) for pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, through centralized management within our own factory. Our dedicated staff with a wealth of experience and know-how work in each section, such as DTP production, printing, and folding. With thorough quality control, we work to provide high-quality products with short delivery times.

Special color printing / More demanding color control

Color is one of the major factors that enhance the visual effect of printed communication.
We measure and manage numerical values with an automatic ink color matching machine to reproduce and print the colors of color chips with high quality.
For colors of printed materials that are frequently reprinted, we store toned inks in order to manage colors so that there is not even a slight difference in color from one printing to the next.

Printing on demand

We can handle small lots when you need it, in the quantities you need.
Our digital on-demand system prints a small number of flyers, pamphlets, etc. with high-definition color printers.
We have earned high customer satisfaction by providing a one-stop service for printing, saddle stitching, and shipping.

Variable printing

We support variable printing
Variable printing is a system that uses a database such as Excel provided by the customer to print different information for each customer, such as the address of the printed matter and the text and name in the DM text.

With a variety of expressions using variable information printing, we can create appealing DMs that deliver messages directly to each customer.
