Features -The jacket tank and other liquid holding components are all made of polished stainless steel (SUS304). -All hot water and cool water pipes are made of stainless steel (SUS304). -The three functions - kettle, constant volume pump, and cart - are united into a compact structure. -As it is easy to remove or operate each component, it is quite simple to wash with water. This enables you to switch the dough easily and makes multi-product production possible. -A variety of methods are possible to supply a constant volume by omitting the piped supply equipment for chocolate, cream, etc. -The chocolate in the tank is churned at an arbitrary speed to maintain the holding temperature. -A tempering function by taking in cold water is available. -The direction of the churning blades is altered with the switch in two patterns: 1. forward direction and 2. forward and reverse directions repeatedly switched.

Features Unlike conventional chocolate depositors (capacity type depositors driven by valves and pistons), this depositor device is an epoch-making type in that a pin valve is mounted in the middle of the chocolate circulation pipe and a timer is used to adjust the opening and closing of the pin valve so that a certain amount of chocolate will be discharged very beautifully from the device. You can use it for various types of cream, soft jam or the like, melted butter or the like, and other viscous liquid food.

Examples of use 1. Depositor You can mount the dedicated special nozzle pipe and connect it to the pipe of the kettle pump so that you can place a certain amount of liquid in the mold passing through the nozzle. Small amount one-shot filling machine 0.1 to 1.0g, 50 nozzles or less, minimum nozzle (pin valve) pitch of 18. Liquid is stopped excellently at every shot to prevent dripping. The adjustment timer makes it easy to adjust the amount. The machine is optimal for products decorated with different types of colored cream. 2. Surface coating machine Disconnect part of the conveyor line (approximately 600) to install the bar conveyor for the coating machine, and mount the pin valve depositor on the conveyor. Conventionally, the coating used to be processed by passing through continuously flowing liquid; but this machine has the pin valve to adjust the timing of the opening and closing so that you can coat a specified location. This prevents extra liquid from dripping on the conveyor and the coating is processed beautifully so that the vicinity of the machine will be kept cleaner, allowing you to easily clean in a short time. 3. Injection one-shot filling machine You can inject a liquid into the void after baking bread, cookies, pies, etc. 4. Cream pump cart Features -The jacket tank, hot water pipe, and other liquid holding components are all made of polished stainless steel (SUS304). -The feeding hopper is 340 and is close to the floor so that you can easily feed liquid from a storage tank, kettle, or any other tank. -As you can switch the turning direction of the pump between forward and reverse directions, you can collect back the liquid remaining in the middle of the pipe. -As it is easy to remove and connect each component, you can wash it with water extremely easily.
