We are a manufacturer producing zinc or aluminum die-cast parts. We have established an integrated production system from making drawings of a casting plan to plan analysis, metal mold creation, and processing as well as inspections. We cast zinc and aluminum materials to produce various products that can be as large as a machine. We satisfy customer needs by making use of optimal methods.

Aluminum die-casting
Aluminum die-casting enables the production of products with excellent strength. The products are made of aluminum, so they are lightweight. We are equipped with many casting machines ranging from 125- to 900-ton units. This is how we can produce small parts as well as mid-sized parts used as automobile parts or farm equipment parts.
Zinc die-casting
Zinc die-casting enables the production of products with high dimensional accuracy. It also enables the production of thin-walled products or products with a complicated shape. We are equipped with many casting machines ranging from 15- to 500-ton units. This is how we can produce small parts as well as mid-sized parts.
Machine processing
We machine aluminum and zinc die-cast parts by means of machining processing, NC lathes, and so on.
