We have established an integrated in-house system for accepting orders, from planning and design to sheet metal welding, machine processing, assembly, installation, inspection, and delivery, based on our mainstay thick plate bending technology. We have an extensive track record in the production of parts, devices, bearings and stands for electric power generation, semiconductors and other large plants. Our integrated manufacturing system enables us to respond to a range of requests in terms of control and costs, from arranging materials and finishing products to delivery.

Support for single items and small lots, from large to small items
We have established an integrated in-house system for accepting orders, from planning, and design to sheet metal welding, machine processing, assembly, installation, inspection, and delivery. Our integrated production system ensures quality management in all processes from material procurement to product finishing and delivery, as well as ensuring that we are able to meet our customers’ requests in areas such as process adjustments and cost reduction.
Plate bending and can welding technology
Equipped with 800-t hydraulic press machines and annealing furnaces, we can perform cylindrical bending of thick plates, conical bending and similar. Scope of bending: t9 to 300 × plate width 100 to 2000 × diameter φ200 to 10000 (Please consult us for plate thicknesses, widths, and diameters.) Our welding engineers are all fully qualified and have earned high praise from our customers. We can also support PQR and WPS.
Machine processing, equipment assembly, installation, and inspection
With machinery that can accommodate various shapes, high-precision finishes can be ensured. [Machinery owned] Gantry-type five-sided processing machine (bed sizes of 2500 x 5000) Vertical lathe (table size of φ2000) Horizontal boring milling machine (table size of 1400 x 1600) Machining center (table size 800 x 420) Vertical lathe (table size of φ2000) Simplified NC lathe We ensure high quality in all of our processes from pipe assembly and oil flushing to inspection. As we have obtained a construction business license (equipment installment business), we can now undertake everything from site delivery to installation.
