Description of business

-We have an idea (a patent or the like) but cannot materialize it.
-We want to ask a manufacturer to produce a prototype of an industrial component. However, we do not know any company suitable for the task.
-A 3D printer cannot produce the product desired by us due to problems related to transparency, materials, oversize, and so on.

[Design]
Based on discussions with clients, we draw up design drawings. We work out more concrete details through further discussions with clients and produce the product. 
[Production]
By conforming to the design drawings or the drawings for requesting production, we produce the product. For the production, we fully utilize technologies of machine or manual processing (bending, adhesion, welding, and polishing).
[Resin welding]
Welding allows for the joint strength and airtightness that are stronger than those achieved by adhesion. We are able to weld a variety of thermoplastic resins including vinyl chloride, acrylic, polycarbonate, PET (polyethylene terephthalate), PP (polypropylene), PE (polyethylene), PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), and ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene). 
[Bending]
For bending and molding, we produce a simplified mold and shape the product by using the mold. We are able to produce spiral-shaped products and so on.
[Molding]
We are able to perform bending such as bending convex mirrors the plate thickness of which is 10 mm. (The photo shows bent PVC.)
[Machine processing]
Depending on necessity, we use an NC router, laser processing machine, milling cutter, lathe, and so on to process products.

The fan sucks out odors in the cage which will pass through the deodorizing filter and be discharged as clean air.
-The sizes of the pet cages with a deodorizing fan are suitable for animals such as flying squirrels, hedgehogs, and guinea pigs.
-The deodorizing filter independently developed by us contains activated charcoal that absorbs odors from pets, purifying air in the cage.
