Our strengths lie in quality and delivery deadlines. Our work materials are mainly zinc and various types of aluminum. In addition, we process steel and SUS (stainless steel) for the purpose of producing 3D-shaped products and products with a complicated shape. Please consult us for other types of materials. At present, we are making prototypes related to automobiles. When we are not busy, we produce and sell name plates, ball markers, and green forks that are used for golf. Processing aluminum prototypes
We are good at machining blocks of virgin aluminum including generally available A2017 as well as A5052 and special aluminum such as ADC12 and AC4C. We are able to process aluminum materials from about the size of a small bean to 20-30 kg. We are good at producing products with a complicated shape, rather than a simple shape. We are sure to meet agreed delivery deadlines and deliver products that are more beautiful than those produced by rival companies.
