Description of our main machine tools

Spherical treatment machine, angular grinding machine, rotary grinding machine, gear cutting machine, rack thread rolling machine, broaching machine, etc. 
Note 1. Our spherical treatment machine has sphericity of 3μ. Our angular grinding machine has coaxiality and end face runout of 3μ or less. 
Note 2. We also possess standard machines such as machining centers.

As a manufacturer specializing in hydraulic pumps and components, we enhance customer satisfaction for large enterprises and medium-sized enterprises.

Friction welding and thermal treatment are outsourced to our partner factories, and all other steps are processed in-house. This differentiates the reliability of our products and the security of our quality from other companies. 
Where to set the reference plane and the processing methods for each step are accurately passed down to the next generation.
