Sales Pitch

[Business description and our strengths]

We process from die casting, cutting machining, coating, to assembling in-house. 
However, we can also receive orders for single processes as well. Since we perform all of the processes in-house, we can contribute to the reduction of your company's indirect man-hours, such as those spent dealing with claims from customers due to the absence of a responsible person, which is one demerit of placing orders to multiple companies for different processes. As we handle many appearance products (motorcycle engine covers and gas meter bodies), we are good at producing appearance products, unlike most other die casting manufacturers. We aim to become the No. 1 company in terms of QCD (quality, cost, and delivery) with regard to the functions and beautiful appearance of our products. Our company has adopted two production systems. For the high-mix low-volume production of motorcycle or outboard engine parts, we have adopted a system where we annually manufacture 10,000 pieces of a single type (part number) of product. For the low-mix high-volume production of automobile parts, we have adopted a system where we annually manufacture 600,000 pieces of a single type (part number) of product.
We have a track record of annually manufacturing 150,000 gas meter bodies which are appearance (coated) parts. We actively use our factory in Vietnam (VN). There are products that are manufactured in the VN Factory, imported to Japan, and then delivered to our clients in Japan, and products that are exported to ASEAN countries, EU countries, North America, or South America and then delivered to customers all over the world.

By utilizing our VN Factory, we export products to the overseas factories of finished vehicle, automobile parts, and measuring instrument manufacturers.

Our strengths lie in our ability to perform integrated production, material design, planning design, and analysis. 
In addition, since we are able to take part in projects during and after the sketching stage, unnecessary design changes are eliminated, enabling a smooth launch of production.  
We are focusing our efforts on coating pretreatment. We have handled many VA (Value Analysis) cases derived from the abolition of unnecessary processes such as shots on aluminum die-cast materials. 
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it has been difficult to find new clients. Accordingly, by utilizing the system of J-GoodTech, we would like to contribute to economic activities to the best of our ability.
