We are a "HOSOANAYA" which engages in fine hole electric discharge machining.

We are a manufacturer which processes metal with fine hole electric discharge machining. We are able to drill holes the minimum diameter of which is Ø0.12 to 0.15 mm. We flexibly meet clients' needs: For example, we are able to drill inclined, circular dividing, deep, or relief holes. Our effective cooperation system allows us to perform processes ranging from procuring materials to completing all the required processes.

Our business lineup and merits
Contract-based fine hole electric discharge machining. On a contract basis, we drill and process holes the diameter of which ranges from Ø0.1 to 3.0 mm. 
We are able to process hard materials which are difficult to process with cutting machining. Also, we are able to drill holes in spherical or curved surfaces or slopes. We are able to process materials, regardless of whether they are hard, soft, or sticky, so long as they can be energized.  
We are able to achieve an aspect ratio (the ratio between the hole diameter and the processed depth) of more than 200. We are able to drill a Ø0.3 mm hole to a depth of 100 mm. (Please note that the aspect ratio decreases in holes whose diameter is up to Ø0.2 mm.)
