Overview of the business
From the postwar period, while selling vegetables around Kanazawa, we focused on bean sprouts, which can be grown only with water. This was the start of our company. 

At the time of our foundation, bean sprouts were produced entirely by hand. Since then we have introduced machines to enhance efficiency, and now we supply "white radish sprouts" and other sprouts to the three prefectures in the Hokuriku region.
