We have five factories as production bases, and possess some of the best facilities in western Japan as a machine manufacturer. This includes four MC 5-face machining centers, nine NC horizontal machining centers, one of the largest welding robots in Japan, and a 1000-ton press machine developed in-house.
Excellent development ability
As a development-oriented manufacturer, we focus on sales of products we have developed independently in addition to contract manufacturing of products jointly developed with other companies.
We have inherited the spirit of our founder, who is known as the "Edison of Kochi Prefecture," and we positively respond to requests for new development from the private sector and the public sector.
A wide range of product groups 
Contract-based products
We developed the Silent Piler steel sheet press-fit and extraction machine with Giken Ltd. in 1973 and the 160-40-8 concrete pump with Symtec Co., Ltd. in 1983. We have continued our contract-based production ever since.
Our company's products
In 1986, we developed the Ryuzo-kun twin-dice pelletizer to process livestock manure into high-quality pellets. Its superiority in pelletizing at low temperatures has been highly evaluated compared to other companies' products, and its market share in the poultry farming industry has expanded to 50%. We focus on improving our products and acquiring patents, and we have also been expanding our business in the fields of pig farming, cattle farming, and human waste sludge.
