High-mix low-volume production under an integrated production system

We possess many high-end machine tools and industry-leading state-of-the-art high technology, and we satisfy customer needs ranging from high-mix low-volume production to mass production. This is backed by our reliable quality and reliable production system. We accept special orders. We also provide high-quality products satisfying various customer needs in the shortest delivery period and with low cost. This is done by arranging our integrated in-house production system in which we perform all processes ranging from design to manufacturing. We have an overseas business base to share the world's standard technology and know-how to survive and be successful in the increasingly globalized market.

Equipment

Our Headquarters Factory, Nagano Komagane Factory, and DALIAN HOJITSU SURFACE TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd. are equipped with a total of more than 100 state-of-the-art computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools. Of course, we excel at performing a wide range of processing operations including  lathe turning, cutting, and grinding work. Furthermore, we excel at integrated production including processes from design to assembly. We have a production system which allows us to perform all processes ranging from micro part processing to small-lot processing of large parts in-house. This is how we can flexibly satisfy various customer needs.
In addition, our global business expansion includes operation of our factory in Dalian and collaboration with overseas factories, which enables cost reduction. We are making use of our integrated production control system to take on the challenge of reducing lead time from order reception to product delivery.

Raydent® processing for surface treatment

Our latest Raydent processing method is Raydent duplex coating treatment, which infiltrates into BL coating and highly excels in adhesion. Conventional Raydent processing is vulnerable to bending and easily causes cracks. A bent part can be processed satisfactorily when conventional Raydent processing is applied to a work, but a damaged part on the side is not satisfactory processed. These are the drawbacks of the conventional Raydent processing. Raydent duplex coating treatment has overcome these drawbacks.  

Dicronite® treatment for surface treatment

Dicronite® treatment has world-standard quality. It is used for purposes such as reducing friction or abrasion, increasing the lifetime of parts, preventing the seizing of bottles and so on, as well as preventing seizures. It can be used together with other lubricants (fuel gas can also be used).
Furthermore, this treatment method can be used for parts to which oil or grease cannot be applied. The merit of this treatment method is that it does not change the characters of materials.
