Large precision machine processing
We are adept at iron lathing and machining (processing from φ60 to φ800 x 3,800L possible). We handle not only prototype making but also high-mix low-volume productions. We restore SCM420H materials in-house at fixed-sizes between Φ60 and Φ230 (6,000mm), and we have two-shift production system for processing, enabling us to meet tight deadlines.

We own NC lathes, machining centers, and combined machining equipment, which enable us to conduct integrated in-house processing.
Combined processing of long products is possible
With two units of large multitasking machines with antivibration braces, we have achieved the processing of shafts with size up to φ140 × 3,800 L (as of June 2020)
Dimension guarantee using 3D measuring machine
We provide size guarantees using 3D measuring machines capable of measuring up to X1200/Y1500/Z1000 and 3D scanner-type measuring machines capable of measuring up to φ260/Z200.
