Operating Principle of Buss Kneaders
Buss kneaders’ outstanding kneading capability is due to its unique operating principle: the screw shaft, which mixes and kneads, performs both rotary and reciprocating motions simultaneously. With each rotation of the reciprocating screw shaft, the product material is subjected to multiple splitting, recombining, and reversing to ensure that the material is mixed in the axial direction. It provides optimal distribution and excellent mixing effects for the material.
