A pioneer in electroless nickel plating
We treat the surfaces of thick precision electroless nickel coats and large electroless nickel coats on semiconductor-making equipment. We have several dedicated lines that can handle large parts ranging from small pins to large parts up to 2 meters wide and 3 meters deep, and can handle all kinds of materials from aluminum to ceramic materials. We are capable of ultra-uniform thick plating for precision processing of semiconductor manufacturing equipment parts.

Meganickel® super-large electroless nickel line
This dedicated line 2 meters wide, 4 meters long, and 3 meters deep. It can handle workpieces weighing up to 10,000 kg. We have dedicated electroless nickel plating equipment that is rare even in the industry, and have accumulated valuable know-how through our diverse experience. In particular, we have a track record in handling parts for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The demand for plating large parts has been increasing in recent years, so we have made use of our experience with large plating equipment to complete an ultra-large electroless nickel line. This ultra-large electroless nickel line makes full use of the experience and know-how we have accumulated with large electroless nickel plating equipment, and enables us to perform precision electroless nickel plating of even higher quality than ever before.
Fine Black® black electroless nickel plating
We have succeeded in developing Fine Black black electroless nickel plating as an alternative surface treatment in response to restrictions on the use of hexavalent chromium, a hazardous substance, in EU member countries. This new technology enables us to obtain a uniform plating film and to plate products with complex shapes. The reflectance is comparable to that of black chromium plating, with excellent hardness and heat resistance, and it is a very environmentally friendly coating.
