Business Description and Features
Our primary business is R&D support, and our services include the manufacturing, product planning/structural design/modeling/mechanical design, and 3D measurement of various resin or metal models. Specifically, we offer services related to visual design, engineering design, optical molding, microwave molding, resin cutting, vacuum casting, precision sheet metal processing, secondary processing, and inspection. We have a wide range of equipment, including 3D CAD, design tools, optical molding machines, STL editing equipment, ultrasonic cleaners, UV irradiation equipment, microwave molding machines, cooling equipment, constant temperature chambers, machining centers, 3D CAM, vacuum casting machines, shot blasting machines, painting booths, combined laser punch machines, precision laser processing machines, and hydraulic presses.
Main Products and Technology Features
Atrus responds to the various demands of its clients with innovative ideas and a flexible system. We were among the first in the industry to introduce optical molding machines in the 1990s and have met a wide variety of needs since then. For microwave molding, we utilize a newly developed technology to create molded products in a microwave oven. In resin cutting, we use a wide range of materials, from standard materials to engineering plastics, to meet various processing needs. Also, with vacuum casting, we can produce multiple products in a very short period.
