Custom sofa production and re-covering 
Custom sofas, OEM, and contract sofas
We produce original sofas that are unique and one of the kind based on our customers’ requests. We receive orders from many various customers, including house builders, sofa manufacturers and architect offices. Sofas at hotels, facility lobbies, entrances and guest rooms. We produce sofas for use in many fields, such as for model rooms and stores. It is common among sofa manufacturers to outsource the manufacturing of frames. Even in cases where frames are produced in-house, they are manufactured in production lines and hence are subject to lot limitations, making it difficult to produce one-of-the-kind frames. Moreover, the delivery tends to take long. We have craft rooms for sofa and frame production located side-by-side and produce handmade frames (i.e., not in production lines); therefore, we can provide sofas in small lots (even one) with quick and flexible delivery. We will accommodate specific requests as much as we can, such as designs and seating feel. The dimension of the sofa can be specified in centimeters. We can also accommodate total production of furniture designed to match with the sofa.
Sofa replacement
We carry out all processes from frame construction to product finishing at our workshop. We will respond flexibly to requests not only for replacement of the cloth, but also repairing and/or reinforcing damaged frames. As we handled everything in-house, we can provide quick delivery. In addition, we will respond promptly as to whether the repairing is possible.
