Hydraulic single-function lathes
Spindle diameter: Φ80 or 90. Slide single, double, and other modes. Depending on the client's manufacturing processes and the work to be processed, we select a lathe model. We offer options such as a variety of loading equipment, a delivery function, and a seating detection function. We offer some improved or updated models. For example, the sliding part of the unloading equipment is linearly guided, and the rigidity of the slide or tool post is improved.
NC single-function lathes
The slide (comb cutter) is numerically controlled to allow processed dimensions to be controlled by numerical values. High-speed loading without stopping the main spindle is the same mechanism as that of hydraulic single-function lathes. We offer various options.
Checkers
We offer various checkers including a mistake-proofing checker for detecting chip cracking and a checker for measuring flatness (vibration) in three-point measurement.
